These master classes (group lessons) will try to give the student a stronger foundation for playing the trumpet (or brass instrument), with the focus on making music.

Students, participants, and observers will learn new approaches for practicing and playing alone and with an ensemble. The Master Class is designed for brass players, but all instrumentalists are welcome. Classes will focus on musical expression and technique as a tool to enhance playing. Mr. Schlueter will answer any questions regarding equipment, repertoire, or other facets of music. It will offer students/participants the opportunity to receive specific information for their particular instrument. This will be a unique experience for any student/participant of any age and any level of playing and all are encouraged to participate.
